Horizon is ISO 9001-2008 Certified. ISO 9001 is an international standard for Quality Management Systems. The system is a set of interrelated, mutually supporting and synergistic programs and activities.

Quality Management means planning and running an operation so it delivers a quality service on a consistent basis. Its focus is on preventing defects and corrective actions to help continually drive improvements across the business. It looks for ways to make the work easier and effective, which helps control costs and keeps performance at consistently high levels.

Horizon’s quality system is audited against the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 by an approved third party over a single day  upon which certification is re confirmed Horizon has held the certification since 2003.
