Quality Management means planning and running an operation so that it consistently delivers a quality service.  Its focus is on preventing defects and on making corrective actions in order to continually drive improvements across the business. Horizon’s quality system is audited against the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 by an approved third party. The assessment takes place over a full day, after which certification is re-confirmed if the outcome is successful. Horizon has held the certification since 2003.
