Apply for Credit Online
Horizon International Cargo requires customers to fill out Credit Application forms for each of the legal entities which you work for. These are seperated by country including UK, USA, Netherlands, Spain, Slovakia and Japan.
In an attempt to further reduce our carbon footprint we are using online forms powered by Adobe, enabling you to compelte the form totally online from any device with an Adobe PDF reader. This is cross platform and cross browser compatible, so you can fill out a form on your computer or whilst on the move on your tablet or smart phone.
Your details are held in a secure manor and will be used by senior members of our financial departments to perform credit ratings and approve you for a credit account.

US Credit Application Form – A PDF form allowing you to apply for a credit account with Horizon International Cargo Inc offices
