For a number of customers Horizon holds a minimum inventory stock level whereby stock is held for emergency purposes. Horizon provide systems visibility as well as 24/7 service support. To complement customers requirements, warehouse solution is supported by expedited transport services to ensure products arrive on time every time.
Pick and Pack
Where multiple SKU’s are stored and shipped to multiple vendors Horizon can provide a comprehensive solution to Pick and Pack requirements. This can also include the receipt of single items being over packed into larger multiple items for despatch purposes.
Samples Management
When promoting new products to a new audience you require speed of response and accurate and time dispatch as well as return management and product traceability. Horizon provides sample management services for a number of customers that have assisted in reducing costs and improving loss and damage of product.
