Horizon provides a variety of systems options to support Logistics solutions, primarily designed to enhance visibility and order availability. The systems are supported by a mixture of Mile stone and KPI reporting to enable customers to focus on key elements of data as well as analysis of service performance and management by exception. The system can be linked via EDI to facilitate a data optimisation and bring real time visibility to our customers Supply Chains.
The systems encompasses four main features;-
PURCHASE ORDER MANAGEMENT
Horizon can interface systems to systems connectivity to facilitate the initial purchase order interface and subsequently report against a key set of Milestones to report constant progress as to the availability of orders from our customer’s vendors.
IN TRANSIT VISIBILITY
The systems can be tailored provided visibility at a variety of levels, including;- container level, shipment level, product level, P.O. or S.O. level or vendor or customer level to offer maximum flexibility to our customers’ needs.
Visibility is maintained through a number of stages incorporating in transit, on hand, allocated to order or quality inspection. The visibility is consistent across the entire network whether a customer is working with one or multiple warehouses
The system is specifically designed to facilitate simplicity of report writing and excel downloads so that customers can manipulate the data for them own internal needs and to share across their business. Another critical feature of the system is the exception reporting element enabling customers to focus on these elements.
