new market entry
International expansion is one of the most important strategic decisions in the lifetime of a company. Entering a new market is a complicated process and requires a clear understanding of local culture, behaviour, language, and foreign business regulations, customs compliance and practices. Knowledge of these factors can significantly reduce the risk of failure and help your business take full advantage of growth opportunities.
Horizon International’s supply chain consultants provide strategic market entry advisory support, research and advice to support your development.
Through our many years of experience, supported by our global network, we have helped many clients take their first steps into a new market. We work closely with carefully selected in-country partners to provide advice and guidance on tax compliance, business set-up, conformance and standards, legal requirements and marketing.
