Horizon International Appears in The Parliamentary Review

Horizon International are pleased to have been featured in this year’s Parliamentary Review.

Parliamentary Review

Representatives across a wide range of sectors come together in September’s Parliamentary Review to voice their strengths, challenges and expert opinions collectively.   With the long-term future in mind, the prime minister’s foreword centres on securing the foundations for our future productivity by improving school standards, transforming technical education and delivering infrastructure for growth. These plans for the future are just some of the views echoed throughout The Review from industry leaders from across the country.

Since its foundation in 1991, Horizon International Cargo Ltd has grown from being a specialist air freight forwarding business into one of the UK’s most innovative supply chain solution providers.   Founder and company chairman Nigel Davies discusses in The Review their commitment to exceeding customer expectations through the excellence of staff training programmes and their investment in the latest technology, as well as the future of freight services, especially in light of the impact of that e-commerce and the EU referendum bring.

With projects such as HS2 and Crossrail underway, and the third runway at Heathrow having been recently approved, it has been a year of great significance for the transport sector.   The 2017/18 edition of The Parliamentary Review features companies involved in these major infrastructure projects alongside others who work tirelessly to improve British transport links nationwide.

Director of The Parliamentary Review, Craig Wilmann, has emphasised that once again The Review will provide an “indispensable guide to industry best practice, demonstrating how sector leaders have risen to the challenges faced in the current political and economic environment.”

Writing in The Review, the prime minister says that “British politics provides ample material for analysis in the pages of The Parliamentary Review.”
